Operations Supervisor

A company specialized in logistics and transportation, we are looking for a committed and proactive Operations Supervisor with experience in supply chain management and a strong focus on process improvement. This role is key to ensuring operational efficiency and high service quality.

✅ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Languages: Spanish and advanced English (minimum 80%)
• Experience: At least 1 year in logistics, supply chain, or freight operations
• Specific knowledge: Experience in 53 ft ground box transportation
• Technical skills:
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong skills in data analysis and report generation
• Process-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
